Account Integrity
Your dossier is private. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. SoulMate will never ask for your password via SMS or Email. Any activity occurring under your dossier is your sole legal responsibility.
Suspicious login attempts from multiple IP addresses may trigger an automated temporary lock on your account for security verification.
Content Rights
By posting content (photos, bio, career data) on SoulMate, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display this information to other members for matchmaking purposes. You retain ownership of your photos, but you warrant that they do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
Subscription Model
While basic discovery is free, specific "Software Features" like Direct Chat, Contact Viewing, and Profile Boosting require a Premium Subscription. Subscriptions are tied to a single dossier and cannot be transferred to other users.
Disclaimer of Marriage
SoulMate provides a technical discovery platform and dossier management software. We do not guarantee a successful marriage or even a successful match. The decision to enter into a marriage is solely yours, and you are advised to perform independent background checks before committing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulMate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
